Dawlance is not the only one treating its waste water
For the context every industry is bound to setup the waste water filtration plant and there is a maximum limit of how much waste water they can discharge(which is very small amount) so they have to filter the water to the extent that it can be drinkable before discharging. This is one of the rules and regulations by the authority governing industries in Sindh.
