I’m sorry but Diet Coke and ketchup chicken? And all that waste :(. Just leave the tendons in or do the fork trick, hit the chicken with salt pepper and garlic powder and cook in a little oil and butter.

1. those bands are tendons and they are edible but a little tough. 2. You can get a fork, place the tendon in between two of the prongs of the fork, and simply pull the tendon out of the chicken
