As a tech idk what tech would drill off half and not notice like that takes effort; and even if it happened the lab should've made another one. I can't imagine this thing not just falling out because there's no vacuum forming via saliva and more surface area.

Fun thing about retainers is they arent as bad as braces because you can take them out to eat and as long as you dont make the fatal mistake of forgetting to wear them for 5 months or so then it doesnt hurt 😃

🦷🧚♀️ and resident dental assistant here. That’s a night guard. It protects your teeth from grinding and clenching which wears down the teeth and causes headaches and jaw issues.
