My moonkin in 420 ilvl can crit in the 70k range. How are other classes supposed to compete with the ones like warlock and others who hit 100k and CRIT way higher!? I don't get pvp balance right now, pun intended.

100k non crit ! Lmaoooo , frost mage gracial spike non critting for 130k and can be used more often than soul fire, but that is * balanced * , this dude just cry for classes he doesn't play .
