I've recognized the importance of leg days like these as i've changed my stance on lifting weights over the years. The ability to be mobile and have fun with your workout can be just as if not more rewarding than lifting higher amounts of weight. kudos to you for finding workouts you love

Im a massage therapist and theres days when I have four 90 minute deep tissue massages in a day. I always thought as long as I have a super strong core and the right body mechanics I’m good to go. Well… leg day is just as important on so many levels. THANK YOU! Love your training!

Good timing. I'm watching this clip, as I'm finishing my coffee and about to work out my legs. Kettlebell offside lunges, KB, offside squats and KB alternate swings. I enjoy your content. I am a fan of workout philosophy that's minimalistic, non-dogmatic, flexible and practical.

Have no weights at home, so my leg day would be... Warm up: Superset - 30 kb rotations on each side - 10 kb indu squats Main work out: 1. 5 sets of jumps (at least a couple sets weighted) 2. 3 sets of some weighted single leg squat variation 3. 3 sets of some weighted squat 4. 3 sets of Isometric Spanish squats Then I finish off the day with stretches, emphasizing hip openers.
