I want to say, your body looks great, but aside from the looks department, some fat is not bad at all and quiet useful for times when you have trouble eating, like being ill or hospitalized. I myself want to be thinner, because I am clearly overweight, but you man, why? Influencer marketing reasons maybe? For the average Joe though 🤔 Have some fat!

To enhance it even more eat in the morning for example 10-14 and skip eating in the evening. Your circadian rhythm will thank you and you will see incredible results.

Stay healthy you won't be sick or in hospital. I'm stuck at 90 kgs. Lost 6 kgs from the time I started my journey. I do lots of resistance weight strength training with 10 to 15 minutes of cardio. Twice a week I do hiit instead of slow pace cardio On a eating plan of 1500 calories a day workout for 1 to 2 hrs a session 5 days a week resting on the weekends I'm very committed I do 18 hrs fast everyday with a 6 hrs sometimes 4 hrs eating window I do this for my mental health and if weigh loss is a consequence then I like that too I totally enjoy what I do. Am I building muscle coz my clothes are sure getting looser dropped three dress sizes why am I not seeing results on the scale. Not so torn up about it but it sure would be nice ❤ thank you for your amazing videos

Been Doing the same thing right now; I’ll even extend my fast until 6-7PM and still feel amazing. Can’t explain the benefits of fasting it’s been awesome, never mind the health effects we can’t see.. your body benefits from it immensely internally.

Intermittent fasting is working great. I'm down 10lbs after 3 months of not trying hard. Little to no caffeine but I use drinks like herbal tea and sugar free kombucha as well as gut shots from my fermented foods if I feel like eating outside the window. The game changer for me was making sure to put 1 tablespoon of grassfed butter in my last meal. This helps me get through the night without waking up hungry. I make my last meal smaller to accommodate the extra calories. This works so well that I'm adding 1 tablespoon of grassfed butter to a smaller first meal as well. If it works I can reduce calories further by not snacking in the eating window. I'm learning that chronic pain can have connection to the gut so butyrate is an SCFA that is necessary to be able to fast and to heal.

I've started this, skipping breakfast having my first meal between 11 and noon, which is a HUGE difference for me.... I go to the gym for cardio and weights for 1.25 hours, been doing this for 4 weeks and lost 11 pounds so far.

I did this for about 6yrs and eventually I developed a eating disorder and body dysmorphia. This path is a very fine line between healthy and unhealthy behavior, especially at a young age

As a fighter I can’t imagine taking 6 weeks to lose 7 pounds. Such a long time to me 😭 When I’m keeping well hydrated, strategically eating, training and sleeping consistently, I typically drop a couple pounds a night when making an effort to lose weight. Love this video though and gonna try implementing some things into my daily life.

Intermittent fasting is great, but extending eating to late evenings or nights is not good. Our digestive system slows down as the sunsets. Sleeping with food in the gut after heavy meals is not healthy even with fasting, as heavy meals take 5-6 hours to digest and move through our intestines. Also, early time restricted fasting has lots of benefits per recent studies. My IF is normally 10-6, I feel great and got good results with just simple calisthenics 😊

FINALLY A CLEAR EXPLANATION THAT WORKS. I ALSO WALK 5 DAYS A WEEK FOR 1 HOUR AND EAT AFTER 12. ONLY 2 MEALS. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I'M NOT GOING TO GAIN MUSCLES AS FAST NOW. I GET MY PROTEIN, I ADD WHEY ISOLATE TOO & CREATINE, BUT... LESS CALORIES = LESS MUSCLE GAINS
