I have always been afraid that my breathe is bad. I have never had any feedback or reactions. It's just that when I grew up, my evil ex stepdad would yell in our face like some drill sargent, and his breathe would be bad. Slightly better with coffee... I suppose I focused on that from all the unwarranted yelling and punishing, but now I've always been paranoid. I don't want to breath in anyone's face, too scared too. Plus, germs and whatever.

Okay brushing for sure is helping.
But for example I had for years problem with brushing. It was due to that brushing made me gag EVERY TIME. Like I was even nauseous like 20-30 minutes after every brush. (IT WILL BE IMPORTANT LATER, IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEM CHECK IT)
While my depression took over me I only drank unsweetend tea, watwrs and eat hard apples and oats.
My breath never smelt (I was checking and asking my trusted friend to be sure)
I also had no cavities ( I'm regular in dentist office bc I'm cheeking my teeth two times in year)
BUT ONE OF VIDEOS CHANGED IT BECAUSE
I discovered that in toothpaste is SLS/SLES and I'm allergic for this ingredient. I changed my toothpaste for more natural. Still working on regularity (I still have fear before starting brushing that I will feel bad) but overall I have no nauseous or gag reflex, nothing and I'm feeling good!
On the other hand I know people who brush everyday and their breath stinks like hell
I know it can be due to some illnesses or problems with tonsils but still you could tell something about that
