im starting a boiler making apprenticeship next year doing a cert 4 opposed to a certificate 3,
Because cert 4 coures length are only 1.5 years. cert 3 is usually 4. how does the mining industry value a cert 3vs4 do they want both? Can you get work towards the end of your apprenticeship when your schooling is finished? Id assume four years experience and another 2+ year post trade experience would be more highly valued. im curious if you know any short cut😅
