Even when they come back after no contact I’ve found them to be more flaky and on and off with emotions. 9/10 times when they come back after no contact the relationship is over regardless of no contact. Men I know it hurts like hell even more with kids involved but I promise you if you start valuing yourself the way you deserve things will get better than what getting back with your ex will ever get.

apparently it takes weeks maybe months for an avoidant to even want to come back and if you dare contact them it seems the time clock starts over…after all this pain why would I want them back? I wanted them back immediately never really wanted the break up,just wanted them to communicate and work on things with me but they ran. I have been through hell with no contact, I will never date another avoidant again. As soon a someonw starts being hot and cold and denying affection or silent treatment and they don’t communicate and change immediately then I’m out. I’m not going to waste 7 months talking and crying till I’m severely depressed and trauma bonded waiting for the original guy to return
