While it is Lebanese, it's also Syrian, Jordanian, and Palestinian, for short it's Levantine dish ๐ค! It's called harra' bi 'esba'o
And it means "burnt his finger" it's said it's called that since you burn your finger of how much you stir it to not get sticky lol
