Calling the basic scripting GUI of Ignition development is a reach. No access to SDKs, completely closed source, and still stupidly expensive are not pros. Just because it's better than the utter trash currently sold as COTS software does NOT mean Ignition is God's gift to mankind as many herald it to be. Decades later and Ignition as well as its cult of evangelists still refuse to accept reality - open source or bust. Fight for open source, don't fight for yet another private business only interested in acquiring market dominance for its own personal gain all the while dispensing petty favors to give the aura of a benevolent dictator. Ignition will not be around forever but open source will.
