I'll give you all readers a story.
Recently there was a monarch butterfly with a chipped wing in our garden, luckily I was there for its fall. I quickly rushed to my mom to tell her what had just been sighted, and we went outside to check. Its wing was almost chipped completely, and we had to do something. I grabbed a flower for it and it slightly sucked up the nectar but it hadnt flew after. It trusted me and my mom and managed to get onto one of our hands. We had an idea and went to our neighbor, we asked to go into their garden to place the butterfly back into nature. We set the butterfly into the trees and left it, moments later it was back in the garden. Once again I fed it a flowers nectar and set it into the trees, for the next 2 days we hadnt seen it since. The next day it was back and flying, and gained trust with us. I had it on my hand for abit and it tickled slightly, but worth it. Then onto moms hand; we named the butterfly Ànaranja, if im correct its spanish for orange. I shortened it to Anara or Aja, Ànaranja is doing amazing and she/hes flying with the wind everyday. She comes for some visits and she truly has earned my love! <3
