The problem with the klein flippers are the raised magnets. I bought one cause I loved the idea of having so many options, but the magnet fell out in 1 week. I returned it for another and the 2nd lasted less than a month. I do zip in hundreds of self tappers a day, so I'm sure I am putting them through more abuse than the average user, but I have had my malco 1/4" to 5/16" flip socket for literally 11 years now and it still works great. Every bit if paint and marking is worn off, but it still holds the screws perfectly. Another gripe about the klein is that the walls are a thin. Yes, it helps to get in tighter areas, but it doesn't provide the stability, the Malcolm has, when trying to use the 1/4" with a self tapper that is slightly longer than the typical "stubby" screws.

I just was talking about needing this, it will work great with the mini ratchet, the normal flip socket shaft is too long on some applications

This is going to make make the impact 90 adapter even more compact. I've always been forced to use the malco, and it will hold a bit! I can't wait for this to be available. No more malcos for me, and I doubt I'll even try milwaukee's version now.

i've been having issues with my magnets breaking on the tips. they will still hold fasteners okay but if you look at all of mine like a 1/4 of the magnet will be missing on all of them. anyone else have this problem?
