The problem with the klein flippers are the raised magnets. I bought one cause I loved the idea of having so many options, but the magnet fell out in 1 week. I returned it for another and the 2nd lasted less than a month.
I do zip in hundreds of self tappers a day, so I'm sure I am putting them through more abuse than the average user, but I have had my malco 1/4" to 5/16" flip socket for literally 11 years now and it still works great. Every bit if paint and marking is worn off, but it still holds the screws perfectly.
Another gripe about the klein is that the walls are a thin. Yes, it helps to get in tighter areas, but it doesn't provide the stability, the Malcolm has, when trying to use the 1/4" with a self tapper that is slightly longer than the typical "stubby" screws.
