A school bus was involved in an accident just outside the Royalgreen Condominium along Anamalai Avenue in Bukit Timah on the morning of March 6.
Several videos of the accident’s aftermath shared in a Telegram group show a badly damaged bus with its two front wheels dislodged. A burnt car is also seen near the crash site in the aftermath.

"Was a Mercedes travelling at high speed being pursued by the police (with lights on). They ran the red light at 6th and slammed in the school bus. Children and driver were ok (checked) but very distressed. Car caught fire after it slammed into the lamp post, which crashed to the ground and blacked out the street. Car was easily doing 120kms.
One of the passengers was in a very poor state. All were in their early 20's."

A major accident occured along Bukit Timah Road early on Wednesday morning (6 March) involving a school bus and a car, which caught fire upon crashing. The car driver, a 26-year-old man, was arrested for "failing to provide breath specimen", the Singapore Police Force said in a statement.
Police officers pulled two car passengers, a 32-year-old female and a 27-year-old male, from within the car to safety. They were also later arrested, along with another 22-year-old male passenger, for traffic-related offences.
