I used to be able to do the splits in my gymnast days lol. Now I work on my hips and glutes and hamstrings every day, so I'll get there againšŸ˜ Thanks Kate!

I think stretching everyday whether you practice your spilts or not will help you. I don't practice the spilts everyday but i try to stretch pretty regularly and any random time i find myself having to go into a spilt, i can still do it (with a bit of warm up first). This experience has taught me the importance of consistency in exercise & stretching more generally šŸ˜Š

Iā€™ve practiced yoga for 16 years and been able to do the splits with ease for basically the entire time and only in the last 6 months have I developed hamstring tendonopathy so I have learned that even when you have ā€œmastered ā€œ something it is 100% possible to overdo it

Kate your amazing. Lizard and anjaneyasana are probably my favourite positions. Your so flexible and you look good while doing it. I havenā€™t been that deep the most I can do is up to three to five breathes but your enjoyable to watch and your complexion is beautiful. ā˜ŗļøšŸ˜‡
