I like the roll up black backdrop thing. I think yeah this will most likely not be common usage, but there are specific settings where it could be a nice way to imorove the look or the decor

Maaan if my grandfather was still alive hed be so hyped about this. And out of love we'd get if for him for Christmas. I dont know how this is better than a tv but its a cool option for people into interesting new tech

I'm not sure why everyone here is so down on this. A lot of people don't want a giant black slab in their homes. I think this is really cool and can definitely see it taking off once/if the prices go way down.
