This is a day in my life... So I hadn't slept well for 2 days. I just slept for 4 hrs that day as my little one was poorly. It was my birthday today too 🎉🎂

But I made a choice. I choose to make this day and every day worthwhile 🙂 I love myself so much that I take moments during my day to raise my vibes and enjoy the moments 🙂

You have a choice too 🙂 You can either moan about things that are going wrong or lack of time to reset and relax or wait for the day to end (hoping that the exhaustion can end).

That's not the answer 🥴 Make a choice to feel your vibe. If you are vibing low, raise it baby 🤘 If you are vibing high, share your energy with others 🙂 Like I am doing now 😉
