There was one time in stormblood after a big battle at rhalgr’s reach where the dialogue changes if you were playing as a healer. The npc would go like,
‘Well? What are you standing around for? You’re a healer aren’t you? Get to healing!!’
But of course you can only heal npcs that the game doesnt want to let die :’)

so fun fact, there's a lore reason for this!
Healers speed up a body's natural healing process, not just magically mend the wounds. Because of this, accepting large amounts of healing can end a person via exhaustion, and the only reason the WoL can take it is because of their strength and gifts (and plot armor, ofc). This also means that mortal wounds that the body cannot heal naturally cannot be fixed by healers.
That is why when you run out of health, you're referred to as being "unconscious" instead of "dead". A healer can't fix death, but can rejuvenate someone who has been knocked out (as long as their body can handle that healing!)

(The lore explanation is that healers can’t actually heal death. We can wake people up from being knocked out, or we can have the echo prevent a timeline that would have killed us, but we can’t For Real resurrect people or save them if they’re dead. Still feels weird tho, especially if you’ve not read the lore to know that.)
