If You're Expecting Mug Root Beer than you're going to be sorely disappointed! This is a healthy product if you're overweight and you don't eat well than this $3.50 item is complete waste of time just stick to the Walmart brand root beer and vanilla ice cream and you'll continue to live the life that you are more familiar with and you won't have to have that look on your face like someone's making you eat brussels sprouts when you're used to eating crispy cheese potatoes three meals a day!

I personally love it. I like the light root beer flavor and more importantly the energy boast afterward. It didn't have an after taste to me.
