Consider the fact that Immortal players are using gamesense to overcome the flaws in thier aiming ,cypher’s ult is always a top tier ,my guy

i disagree with the cypher ult as it provides great value despite being 6 ult points. The information provided by cyphers ult can dictate the location of a lurker, someone camping and rotations

Cypher ult is op, you can have a corpse in front of you and still be in a 1v3, or you can ult off first entry pick and know where everybody is. Skye ult is worse I think, it kinda shows you where 3 are going and you can just shoot it. You cant do anything about cypher ult

In the entire beta people kept saying cypher ult was trash and riot came out with numbers showing that it had the highest round win %. This is in a time with old raze ult, old jett ult, and old viper ult. While you do need a pick and your usually in a numbers advantage when using it, its still invaluable.
