We knew it would happen but we swapped from conservative to reform. Change takes time, sick of voting tacticly but not truthfully.

I think it was 34 per cent of those *who voted*. With a disgracefully low turnout of 60 per cent, it was 20 per cent of those *who were eligible to vote*.

Correction: Labour did actually do slight better than in 2019 in terms of share of vote; but their absolute number of votes was down by 600,000.

Matt, one question. Can you think of a worse moment when the Conservatives were so badly thought of? I can’t! Which begs the question, they can only improve from here but their vote will never be enough due to Reform. As Labour will bring in millions more migrants in over the next few years, I just can’t ever see a world where Labour will not be in power! Can you?
