My mental health is probably better or Im not quite sure but yeah, going to therapy over a year but it’s not rlly helping me. Wish that I could just go back when I was 8/9 and try all over. 1. 8. 2023.
Update: Here I am again. Its been a while since I listened to this playlist, mainly because I use spotify way more, but yeah. My mental health was better for a few months, but I stopped going to therapy, stopped going to any doctors. Probably will be kicked out of school. It is what it is right haha. Its mainly my fault for everything that is happening to me rn, but I dont have the energy to fix it. 29. 4. 2024.
