Discussion about Path of Exile, a free ARPG made by Grinding Gear Games. This was honestly the best Q&A I've seen so far. It was so much fun to listen to Jonathan and Mark talking about all kinds of stuff, starting to rant about various topics, showing how deeply they care about the game as a whole. Also how Mark just wasnt afraid to stand

Path of Exile 2 is a free-to-play online multiplayer game with co-op for up to six players. ... In my opinion the "problem" with mana in PoE1 is related to mana leech, EB + ES-recharge and the affix "-X mana cost to skills". ... The best thing so far about POE2 so far is unironically the melee skills moving you towards your target

Set years after the original Path of Exile, you will return to the dark world of Wraeclast and seek to end the corruption that is spreading. Path of Exile 2 is a free-to-play online multiplayer game with co-op for up to six players. Just my opinion based on what I see from the streamer's gameplay.

Path of Exile 2 Gameplay. Much like its predecessor, Path of Exile 2 continues the top-down action RPG gameplay similar to games like Diablo. However, the sequel expands on every aspect, featuring 12 classes instead of just 7. Here are the ones revealed so far: ⚫︎ The Warrior ⚫︎ The Ranger ⚫︎ The Huntress ⚫︎ The Sorceress ⚫︎

Less (player driven) decisions (over the same time period) will mean a less interesting game. Also, bear in mind, that Path of Exile has one of the most unique, and most interesting currency systems in gaming. In Path of Exile, Currency is currency, but each type also has an additional use.

During the development of Path of Exile 2, a lot of "180s" happened, and they still do happen even during current development. System requirements for Path of Exile 2 aren't final yet, as GGG is still working on optimization. However, players with GeForce 10 Series graphics cards should be able to play the game on moderate settings.

I do have solid background from playing all kinds of games everyday during 24 years of my life, casual games, hardcore games, FPS, turn based, ARPG, Hack and Slash, strategy. I play basiclly everything. I'm also studying game design. I'm not saying anyone should listen to me, I'm just saying I have some background. So, here we go:

ADMIN MOD. My honest perspective as a casual player. Feedback. I would consider myself among the most casual players within the Path of Exile player base. I play occasionally when the mood hits me, more often than not this is in the middle of a league, then I drop the game for a year or two until something compels me to play again.

Right after hitting maps. I personally hated that part. Player power is way above the contents difficulty, when you reach maps. Progressing your map pools to red map was actually worse than Campaign in my honest opinion. Often times I spent about 10 or so hours in maps with gears I found while leveling before I decide to trade for better gears.

Path of Exile is an extremely good game and worth playing if you never have before. For your first play through I suggest finding a budget build on the forums and following it until you understand the game. it's a very complex game. 2 Likes. Murderin-1918 June 27, 2023, 1:38pm #6. Path of exile 2 might be a long way away id predict 2-3 years from now but there's no reason we can't hope and speculate right? I'm predicting there will be a ton of new content not just for the story but when it comes to endgame I would assume that in the leagues leading up to 4.0 we will get some good leagues and some forgettable leagues that between them will shape the way we play

Yes, it is okay to play this game. You are simply witnessing the typical tantrums of the self-entitled, who don't comprehend how to indulge in constructive commentary and feel that review bombing will get them their lollipop. #12.
