I think the backrooms does have an end, although it is a long trek to the door at the end. This one is based on my research, although nobody has reached the possible 'end' yet. Best of luck if you do find yourself in the backrooms. There are three theories. One group of people say yes, it's fully possible.

Due to the level's darkness, it is not possible to take sufficient photographs of it. Entities may exist here, but they can't be seen due to the complete darkness. Therefore it is regarded as one of the most dangerous levels in the backrooms because of it's darkness. How to escape: There are 3 ways to escape that eventually lead to the same place.

Simply survive within level 0 for 15 minutes. In this level you need to first find 2 things: A locked door and the nearby cubby where the key to it is. To get the key, first find the door and from facing it: turn 90 degrees right and go straight until you reach a much longer wall.

The Backrooms manifest the uncharted depths of our psyche and the physical realm, epitomizing the unease of wandering lost in an impossible maze. It's the allure of the unknown, the seductive puzzle of what might dwell just beyond our reality's thin veneer that pulls us in. These spaces are eerily familiar yet disturbingly alien, creating a

The Backrooms. There were infinite mazes of walls as far as the light reached, every direction were walls. I looked around and noticed that there were 4 entries to the maze of walls. I looked in the middle and saw a table with a chair, matches, 5 candles, and a box. I ran to it just as my phone died and it was pitch black.

Once its done the water around the raft will be drained and you'll be able to continue. Area 5 is the stagnant pools again, but in a much larger area and with many more valves to turn (7 in total). There's an arrow on the right that points to a valve, but its also a trap because the monster does enter that area so be mindful coming back out.
