Mobility is key in scoring objecitves (especially true in 9th and 10th). The better the players, the more important the movement phase becomes. Because of this, more mobile armies tend to do better at the top tables, as better players can play the positioning game better and leverage the increased mobility into wins.

Aeldari need to plan out their CP use and movement a lot. One bad movement phase and the game is over. I would say the difference between a good Aeldari player and a great one is list building followed by deployment followed by movement followed by target priority followed by CP planning. Etc etc.
