No. Not at all. If you're really set on 1 daw that's mac exclusive, then MAYBE, but I wouldn't do it unless you're 100% committed to the daw. As someone who's tried a ton of DAWs, mac and PC, I'd argue PC is a lot lot lot more beginner friendly, and can do more than just music production.
