Philipp Senkpiel (Senior Manager of Programming) on his favorite personal piece of hip-hop memorabilia: "the Black Star (Mos Def & Talib Kweli) "Definition" Flexi-Disc that was released exclusively in the March/April 1998 issue of Stress Magazine. Up to that point, "Definition" had not been available commercially and I wanted to play that record so badly that I even decided to play the Flexi-Disc in the clubs. Obviously it sounded horrible as the grooves are not deep enough to carry any bass but that song was too good to neglect that opportunity of having the song first."
