Haha I was a little slow on the 2500 subscribers milestone!! As most of you know I am not a numbers or algorithm man. I'm here just to throw out a video every now and then π and if someone gets some use out of it then cool, whether it gets 1 view or 1,000...and speaking of views we got over 500,000 views across the channel...that's insane!! As I work on a couple of videos today to hopefully get out tomorrow, I finally pulled the trigger on one of the new TSR Corgi models. Boy they are expensive, but cheaper than trying to buy a second-hand older release so figured its the only way I will get to own one without donating a part of my body to science!! So hopefully it will arrive in a week or two as it flies in from the UK. But geez $350AUD its going to be a month long diet of $1 noodles to make up the bank account,haha. But happy to make the sacrifice so you guys can check it out without having to spend that kind of money yourselves!!

That moment you open up a brand new model when doing the video and then finding it broken. Worst bit is, it's from AliExpress so from previous experience this will be a painful experience to get sorted. Was really looking forward to reviewing the Panzerkampf J-6 from Pakistan Air Force π’

Hopefully will get these done by the weekend. 2 aircraft that would meet on a fateful day!! Been a little hard doing videos as the weather has been terrible with a lot of rain which where I video the noise can be annoying!! Tin roof and recording video not much fun,haha

Got 6 reviews recorded today and photos taken. Time for a good old American Bourbon to warm me up as I admire the final model I reviewed....this is a great model, so hopefully my review does it justice. Its been bloody cold here, I don't have heating where I do my videos,haha. So sometimes its down to single digit temps, but at least you can really feel the metal in the models as they get really cold too π, but I did manage to get these 4 videos recorded and photos done, so should have them edited and ready this week or by next, plus the F-16 from JC Wings and the Corgi Hawker I recorded last week. Plus some vehicles and car models aswell for those that watch those!!

Excited to order this and it arrived today!!! Anyone else ever get a model from Panzerkampf with the model packaging put in the box back to front,haha I opened it up and thought I just got an empty box with just a stand!!! haha

Hi there. I collect diecast aircraft, tanks, cars & some figures of various scales and also love my music heavy. So, the Heavy Metal Diecast channel was born. I hope to create some videos of predominately diecast metal (& some plastic/resin also) item's that I have bought. In these videos I will give my own opinion on them, I'm not a professional and all my opinions will be purely personal. I won't be picking too much on accuracy issues or have in-depth historic info on each model, there are tons of other cool videos made by other Youtubers with more credible knowledge than myself. But my view just as a bloke that collects models and if I like it or not. If that helps you in whether making the same purchase of the model, then that makes me happy to help in some way.
