As of this morning I officially hit my first ever 7 day fast.

I worked out every day during the 7 days.

I was intentional about the supplements I put in my body.

And I felt amazing because of it.

Of course I documented the process, so keep an eye out for a video in the next few weeks!

What questions do you have for me? What would you want to see in the video?

“I could NEVER fast for 24 hours.”

Just another lie that’s keeping you overweight.

The body is an incredible machine.

yes- if you’ve been eating 3x/day or more for your whole life, it may take a longer fast or two to adjust.

But if you’re intentional with how you start the fast, what you do during, and how you break it, you won’t experience anything close to the hangry you normally get without eating for 4 hours.

Science is showing that fasting:
✅ reduces Ghrelin, the hunger hormone
✅ speeds up your metabolism much more than a standard calorie deficit
✅ regulates insulin, another reason for hunger & cravings

Every single client I work with that implements what we teach has been blown away with what they experience during fasting..

Including one client who was addicted to food his whole life, & now calls his weekly 36 hours “pieces of cake”

Tell me - if you could master your mind and body to go without food for 36 hours in a HEALTHY WAY, do you think you’d be better off?

Or are you gonna let your beliefs and excuses be the reason you stay addicted to food for the rest of your life?

The choice is yours - I'm here if you want to chat.

Eat less, your metabolism slows & your hunger goes up.

Eat nothing? Your metabolism speeds up and hunger goes down.

Just another reason I love fasting.

I had a really interesting conversation the other day.

Someone that I connected with online last year reached out interested in working together.

He said that when he started following me, we had super similar physiques.

And while he’s stayed pretty much the same this past year, he was able to watch my body radically change.

It’s a good wake up call -

No matter the excuses, you have every opportunity to start working towards a better body TODAY.

And even though it may seem like a tough decision, there’s zero percent chance you’ll look back in a few months and be unhappy with the work you put in.

I’m here if you need me.

What do you struggle with most .. exercise or nutrition?

If I see one more person who struggles eating healthy thinking that going vegan is the answer to weight loss.. 😑

Even though I like the idea of going vegan for humane reasons, it’s definitely not the right move for getting healthy / losing weight.

French fries are vegan.

Soda is vegan.

Most empty carbs are vegan.

So if you’re not in control of the foods you eat, going vegan definitely won’t help you.

Then you’ll be overweight AND you won’t be able to eat a burger..

Sounds like a sad life to me.

If you lost 10 pounds every month, how many months would it take to reach your goal?
