Announcing Huberman Lab Premium and a scientific research fund.
First off, we will continue to post our usual Monday podcast episodes. They will not be shortened or adjusted in any way.Ā
Many people have reached out, however, to find out how they can have their specific questions about specific topics related to mental and physical health and performance answered in-depth/detail.Ā
We have therefore launched Huberman Lab Premium which will offer monthly āAsk Me Anythingā (AMAs)Ā episodes where I will answer the questions of premium subscribers. In addition, the premium channel will feature 1-2 unique clips on specific tools each month. Premium subscribers will also have access to transcripts from our weekly episodes and the AMA episodes (coming soon).
Proceeds from Huberman Lab Premium will support the main Huberman Lab Podcast and fund scientific research (on humans, not animal models) at Stanford and Stanford Medicine.
The Tiny Foundation has generously agreed to do a 1-to-1 match on all funds raised for scientific research.Ā
We will be sharing the amount of funds put into research and information on the specific findings of that research as well. We will be emphasizing science that stands to develop tools that can be rapidly communicated to the public for their benefit.
The cost to join the Huberman Lab premium channel is $10 per month or $100 for an entire year.Ā

I'll discuss science and science-based tools for mental health, physical health and performance. There will also be an open Q&A session.
As always, thank you for your interest in science!
