Meme representation of watching my Kreia video, then the Foundations of Star Wars, and then finally the Jolee video. No art or video on YouTube starts on a simple baseline and ends with a horrific implication as that skeleton rollercoaster represents.

Hey everyone. Some of you may be aware of the delayed AI script and video that was promised half a year ago for late February or early March. Unfortunately, unforeseen complications arose in production. During the recording of the audio, an unexpected glitch corrupted the files, resulting in the loss of all my progress. As I usually work 18+ hours a day every day until the video is done, I was demotivated and took a break; in that time, I stepped back to ponder the effects my video would have.
Drawing parallels with the Lolicon video, I began to see that even if this video became the epitome of explaining AI-art – delineating why it's art, why some might reject it, or why others may fear it – the essence might be lost on those who are firm in their misconceptions, while those who openly or secretly already agree on the benefits of AI-tools wouldn't learn much beyond recognition of the economic forces that drove people to be afraid of AI-generated images. There are some topics for which a lack of open consideration greatly limits discussion and any potential of changing people's minds, and if that is the case, why spend my time working on the video instead of doing literally anything else? This potential lackluster impact did not fit well with the kind of videos that I try to create and my intent to evoke a 'eureka' moment where everything clicks for the audience. Going by the feedback I have gotten, many of my videos evoke this reaction successfully.
But the AI-script felt boring by comparison. Informative, yet boring. And every time I tried to motivate myself to make the video, the sense that the script was good but lacking stopped me from continuing. At this point I don't think it’s likely I’ll finish it. Regrettably, I announced that the AI video was in progress at a point when I felt certain that I would make it, and I apologize for hyping people up. However, now that a fully produced video probably won’t be made, for those still intrigued by the subject, I will make the last completed version of the script available via a Google Doc link.

Alright, the AI script is done. Expect a 50-minute video by the end of February or early March.

Merry Christmas. A video will be out in a month or two. I'm in the process of working on the most controversial topic of our time: AI art.
