Looking back, we hardly consider the day-to-day activities - it is just "daily business."

Today is International Day of Yoga 🧘 - so put on your yoga pants and treat yourself to some rest of body and mind. We work in an characterized by a sitting or standing and slightly forward-leaning posture. We see this in the operating room and in our daily work routine. This posture, which we often adopt for hours at a time, exposes the muscles and fasciae on the back of the body to constant tension. As a result, the front of the body shortens, creating an imbalance that can lead to stiffness and tension.
Yoga offers many balancing postures - very simple exercises from head to toe that bring the body back into its natural balance without any special aids. These are the exercises we would like to introduce to you today: they can be practiced during a break or after a long day at work, and theoretically can even be done in the operating room 😉
