To most this would probably look like a random, get delicious, cup of coffee. It may not be as captivating as a beautiful smile, or a shocking expression or something scandalous, provocative, attractive or intriguing - the way we expect most posts to be.
And yet it speaks a thousand wordsā¦
A cup that represents a loving friend who opened her home and heart when I needed a listening ear and a place to spend the afternoon with my rambunctious little ones.
It represents a love that says āI know you and what brings you joyā.
A friendship thatās been growing over years. Even if it means more uncomfortable conversations, addressing invisible elephants in the room, speaking encouragment and new life into each others soul.
My friend Wendi - yes, the one who I introduced Hi Ren to - you should most certainly check out her work by the way! wendinunnery.substack.com/ - made me this delicious cup of coffee in a mug that made me feel like I was traveling back to ancient times (which may have also been intentional - sheās thoughtful like that and loves beautiful things too)
And Iām sharing this with you, because I want you to remember to enjoy the little things, to find beauty even in the hard days, to dare to be vulnerable with someone you can trust, and to take the time to invest in relationships with the right people.
Donāt suffer in silence. You donāt have to fight alone. You are seen and loved and I truly wish you a friend like Wendi. Donāt stop looking for friends like that and be brave enough to be one too.
Now take a deep breath. Have a cup of coffee or tea or simply some water. We will be okay ā¤ļø

All Smiles, because BOTH of the copyright strikes were removed and we're all in the clear again!
With one of them, I filed a counter claim and when the claimant never pursued or proved to YT that they were taking legal action, it expired and the video was restored and the strike removed.
With the second one, the claimant eventually responded to my email, and kindly assisted me in getting the video restored and the strike removed.
Lesson of the day: don't give up when obstacles arises, speak up & communicate! But do it respectfully. Things may have gone very different if I sent an insulting, entitled email, rather than reaching out respectfully. Keep working hard, even if you don't see the results. And don't be afraid to ask for help. I had amazing people give me great ideas in the comments and via email.
Thank you so much to all of you who encouraged me and shared my videos, etc.
These kinds of things may (or probably) will happen again, if I keep creating and sharing content. But Hey! for now, we are here and will keep trucking :)
