Hello TFL! I have always watched and rely on your videos for Truck and car reviews! Mainly as I tend to get new trucks every couple years, and really love your towing and off road tests.
I write this email in hopes that maybe you all have had this issue during all of your towing tests.
My 2022 Durango 3.6L has the factory tow package and we have a 20FT camper that comes in around 3800lbs while loaded. Photo attached!
While we went from Washington State to Yellowstone this last week, everytime we hit a long steep grade up, and it was above 90 degrees outside with out trailer the entire cab filled with gas fumes. so bad we had to keep the windows down. Have you ever experienced something like this?
It happened pretty often and seemed like the gas tank was almost venting straight in to the cab of the car. Maybe you might have info on this, but figure I'd ask with all your towing experience. I know I'd have a hard time at a Dealership trying to reproduce this issue.
