I love non-technical project managers because you can just tell them any amount of time for a project to take and they'll just be like "Okay, got it."
Doesn't matter how outrageous it may seem.
Them: "How long will it take to add that slider to the dashboard that Dave asked for?"
Me: "Oof, that's a big one because I need to resize all of the components, refactor the inputs, and refresh the source data. 6 months minimum."
Them: "Perfect, thanks."

It really is a marvel that I have gotten as big as I have.
Here's where I think I've succeeded.
- My content is incredibly consistent. You know what you're going to get when you click on my videos. Good, educational content.
- I post consistently at 8am EST on Tuesdays and have for the past 4 years. I haven't missed a week since 2020.
- I make the content as helpful as I can in a reasonable amount of time. I get specific and instructional and don't do many high-level videos.
Sometimes doing things different is better than trying to outdo others where they're better!

You'll be able to look at the Median Home Price, Current Home Inventory, and Number of New Listings which can all be filtered by State and Date Range.
This is a fantastic project to add to your portfolio and I recommend going above and beyond even what we do in the video!
