Where have I been?! Some of you may have noticed I haven't been posting many videos lately (mainly Shorts) and that's because I have been insanely busy creating content, and haven't had time to sit down to edit the videos for both of my YouTube channels. Between work full-time, life in general, and content creation the editing for the videos has been put to the wayside for the time being. I'm hoping that once things slow down a bit that I'll start cranking out full length videos for you guys soon and consistently! Though these are technically socks for hiking and trail traveling, I've also been using them as a work and everyday sock and they have been awesome. Hey all! I know I haven’t posted a video on here in awhile (partially because I’m waiting for snow to melt in the mountains around here - if ya know ya know).. However, I’ve been posting a ton over on my other channel - The Idaho Panhandlers.

29 years around the sun today! As I'm sitting here drinking my morning cup of coffee and editing the last non-winter hike of the year, I've been internally reflecting on the last year. I've hiked more miles than I ever have this year, and have uploaded more videos than I ever have as well. My name's Danny Schaefer, and where I call home from day one is right here in North Idaho. I grew up hiking with family, hunting, camping, and everything in between. In 2017 I bought my first 'vlogging' style camera and a drone, and downloaded an editing software and just started making hiking videos.
