So I just saw this on the Knife Designer Instagram-
I saw people complain about the cost of the Lt5 and I was flabbergasted- I wish most people could experience the literal constant struggle to find ways to sell product at lower prices to be competitive-
WHILE
retaining quality.
Most companies in fact are happy to relinquish a good degree of quality JUST to get prices rock bottom because that is what sells.
And yet somehow people think that custom knife makers and small brands are sitting on mountains of money. "They just bought magnacut steel cheap and hiked the prices up to insane prices because they can! They are so greedy!"
Almost NOBODY in this industry just gets to make a production knife without constantly considering the final price. There is no secret conspiracy where all of us knife brands meet up in Switzerland to collaborate on the next year's plan on how to screw everyone haha.
Anyways, the Schwarz lt5 is a FANTASTIC knife and my reviewing of the blade will continue.
