this was my lunch yesterday and it’s my go-to meal when I don’t know what to eat and also don’t feel like cooking🤪⁣

recipe⤵️

🤍base: 1.5 frozen bananas + 1 tbsp chia seeds + ice + simple pumpkin seed protein
👉🏼blend it all up with water or milk!
👉🏼pour 2/3 into the glass
❤️blend 5 frozen strawberries into 1/3
👉🏼pour into the bottom of the new glass
👉🏼pour a plain white layer
💙mix in 1 tsp blue spirulina
👉🏼pour a blue layer on top
👉🏼top with blueberries + goji berries 🤩🌟💥
