We’re excited to FINALLY announce our Top 30 Expat Countries Quest! 🥳
ameliaandjp.com/top-expat-countries-quest/

We’ve already filmed videos from 10 countries and discussed what it would be like to live there. Over the next 2 years, we’re going to visit another 20. Plus, we have plans to explore more of Spain, Italy, Greece, and France.

We’ll average 1 month in each country, but realistically, we’ll probably spend more time in some and less in others.

Check out the list here, and follow along as we continue our exploratory trips to the most popular places where Americans (and Canadians) like to live abroad: ameliaandjp.com/top-expat-countries-quest/

This is the first time we’ve ever lifted the veil on our YouTube Analytics and shared what YouTube pays us for publishing our videos.

These numbers might surprise some of you who aren’t familiar with the business side of YouTube. There is a common misconception that YouTubers earn a lot of money from ads, but it’s less than you might think.

So in this first-of-its-kind income report, I’m going to walk you through our analytics and show you how to calculate the ad revenue for your favorite channels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Louvre! It's so massive that it's a bit overwhelming. It would take several visits to soak in everything there is to see.

The Mona Lisa was a bit of a letdown, mainly because it's a lot smaller than I was expecting and the crowd of people in front of it was a lot bigger than it needed to be. A lot of them were camped out in the front rather than taking their selfie and moving on so the rest of us could get a closer look. We gave up after a few minutes and continued our exploration.

The Venus de Milo was not nearly as popular, but way more impressive, IMHO. We were able to get up close and personal without a huge crowd of people.

It's hard to choose a favorite thing because the whole museum is just so awe inspiring!

Hey guys. We need your feedback. Our last video (https://youtu.be/rOykb18_MAk) was arguably the highest production quality video we've ever published on our channel, yet it's one of our least viewed videos. Help us understand why by choosing the best option:

Going down the 284 stairs in the Arc de Triomphe was a lot easier than going up!

There is an elevator, but you have to have convincing mobility issues to use it. We saw two women, one with a cane and the other with a walker, get on the elevator, but their travel companions were asked to walk the stairs and weren't allowed to ride with them.

The trek up is a bit warm and steamy (likely from the huffing and puffing and sweat). And the handrail was a bit sticky, which was kinda gross.

But the sunset view from the top and the Eiffel Tower light show was totally worth it!
