RIP Shelley Duvall
A remarkable, versatile actress who knocked it out the park across several genres, and in iconic roles big or small; from her perfect casting as Olive Oyl in Popeye to the horror classic The Shining, and made lasting impressions even in just little screen time, like in Annie Hall or Robert Altman's Nashville. I remember stumbling across Faerie Tale Theatre a few times as a kid too, and there's no way I'm leaving this without mentioning Suburban Commando, where even then she could still turn on the laughs and the charm. What are some of your favorites from her filmography?
