BIG UPDATE COMING SOON
This is where I've been spending the vast majority of my time lately. I've been working on a completely new and exciting direction for Leave Curious which I'm very nearly ready to share with you.
It felt like it was time to steer this ship we've built in a new direction. I'm immensely grateful for the support the channel has gotten and I cannot wait to enter what will be a new chapter - not just for the channel, but for me and my family personally.
Not to get overly gushy but I've realised that this is my lifes work. Just like a wriggly little tadpole to continue living, to thrive, we must change, adapt and try new things. Metamorphosis... no, the announcement isn't that I'm turning into a frog. Not yet.
I'll do a proper video on this soon and should have some of the regular videos on some great stories of nature's restoration coming out too!

The guys at Rewilding Britain are calling for more signatures on their petition for the government to follow their rewilding manifesto which outlines a minimum of 30% of UK land and seas to be under rewilding. Right now Britain is at about 1% which simply isn't anywhere near enough.
If you're able to, please sign the petition! Let's get it to well over 10k signatures!

This is Tom and he's cycling across the UK to raise money for temperate rainforest restoration charity, the Thousand Year Trust. Feeling inspired after watching Leave Curious he decided that he was going to ride his bike from London to Wistmans Wood, a notable remaining fragment of Britain's temperate rainforest.
Supporting & getting involved in nature restoration doesn't always mean getting your hands dirty or prancing around making videos...

I have a new video coming later today which involves meeting two men in a car park who had a caged non-native & invasive species here in Britain... and as part of the story, I also interviewed a cat called Geoff... which was a first.

Small-scale rewilding is just as important as landscape-scale restoration. It's enjoyable to experience more wildlife in our outdoor spaces and it helps us feel like we can contribute to the solution. In a wider sense, managing our public green spaces in alignment with nature can bring communities together.
However, small-scale rewilding is not always straightforward. Sometimes it's hard to know what to do. Even within a single household, there can be disagreements about letting the lawn grow...
I'm currently writing some content on this topic and I'm interested to know, how many of you garden for nature? Do you have an apartment balcony, do you have a garden, are you driving nature recovery in your town?

So please, drop down in the comments any ideas or suggestions you have, no matter what it is! If you see ideas that you like, then give them a thumbs up!
Think about specific videos like places to visit, species to focus on, people/projects who are doing great work, interesting stories of old, ecological ideas, getting involved with rewilding, how to rewild, creating content about rewilding.... but also video formats and styles that you'd like to see on Leave Curious.
