Jeddle is HIRING in Sales and Customer Success!

As many of you know, Jeddle is an online, educational resource platform for high school students and teachers that offers practical, syllabus-specific resources to improve confidence and results. With over two years of exponential growth, Jeddle is looking to build a team committed to long-term success in the education space. Jeddle is currently hiring in two key areas: customer success management, and sales. Both roles will begin as part-time (10-20 hours per week) and can be done remotely (though shared work space will also be available in Sydney).

If you are interested in either of these positions, please email us at contact@jeddle.com with your CV/resume, availability from Monday to Friday, as well as a personal message about why you would like the role.

Role: Customer Success Manager

Central to this role is the ability to maintain strong school relationships and ensure that every user’s experience on the platform is being optimised. For this role, communication skills are key, particularly with respect to empathising with the client (school, parent, student or teacher). We are looking for someone who can resolve issues pertaining to memberships and website access (though this will not be overly technical), organise feedback in a timely and effective manner, and show initiative when novel circumstances arise. You will be responsible for ensuring that the success of each and every one of our users, present and future, remains a core strength of our business.

Role: Sales Assistant

This role is about helping Jeddle expand into more schools across Australia, and increasing our presence within existing schools. Generating leads and setting up meetings via both cold and warm calls and emails is the crux of this position. We are looking for someone who is assertive but who is also polite, patient and respectful. Sales experience is preferred but not essential. Bonuses will form part of the compensation for this role.

For more information, or to apply, please email us at contact@jeddle.com

Pre-HSC Trials workshops are now open for registration: ignitehsc.com.au/workshops/

Excited to announce that in the June/July holidays, Ignite will be running a series of LIVE workshops for English. This is a rare opportunity to not only be taught in person by Jonny and Leila but to receive feedback on any relevant drafts. The workshops are 100% practical, focusing entirely on building draft essays that are at a high band 6 level (even if you are struggling, they will move you closer to the band 6 range!). The workshops will take you through every relevant aspect of the Trials paper and will help you prepare to adapt to any essay question or stimulus on the day of your exams.

The workshops will be held in North Ryde. Places are limited so register soon!
