Look. Itâs not like I wanted to believe there was a God watching over me, truthfully I just wanted to do whatever I felt like doing, which at the time was smoking lots of weed, having casual sex, and losing myself in videogames.
But that doesn't change the fact there is an all-powerful God who sees everything I do in secret, knows every thought Iâve ever had, and will judge me according to His righteous law, which I've broken big time. I've lied, stolen, blasphemed, coveted, and practiced all kinds of wickedness in the eyes of God. And since I broke His law, He gave me the death sentence: hell.
âBut waitâisnât God supposed to be just? How could He justly give me infinite punishment? How do you even know He exists?â Very good. Be skeptical. Keep asking these questions, and youâll find answers.
