Welcome! I created this channel to offer a form of help for those experiencing narcissistic abuse. I decided to use my experience in order to help others. I hope this channel and my site can provide quality insight in order to recognize, understand and deal with narcissists.
If you experience(d) narcissists, you will know it’s hard and you might doubt if anything can help. My main focus is to help you with validation of what’s going on, self-worth, and your energy.
As a narcissist pushes you into the wrong direction of having lower self-worth, doubts, and feeling less like yourself; it’s time to take small steps in the right direction again. As your attention is mostly directed at the narcissist, I think it’s
very important to start giving attention and kindness to yourself.
