5 years ago I started to improve my fitness. What then started, I cannot express in words nor videos. You have to experience this yourself... maybe triggered by some or all the HAH100+ videos.
You will not benefit from all videos, because we are all different and because some videos are better than others...
The METHOD I am using for most of my videos is the "Tell a Friend" video concept.
Improvement-Steps:
1) body, mind, food, meaning
2) relationship with others
3) clarity of thinking
4) keep going - there is NO limit
My goal is to trigger feedback in order to add an external discussion to my own inner discussions. It is a research project I have been doing for 40 years now and I really enjoy the mental and physical growth that comes from it.
