❤️ SURGERY UPDATE! Hi friends! Just a quick update - Surgery went very well. I'm super sore today and feel like I was hit by a MACK truck. Anesthesia also kicked my butt and made me feel 🤢 🤮 which was embarrassing cause I had the cutest nurse possible. Other than that SPLENDID SPLENDID!! 😀👏🏻
I made it home last night around 9 p.m., so it was a very long day. I'm on the mend though and should be back to normal in a few weeks...hopefully sooner.
For those asking, it was medically necessary surgery and "female issue" related. I'm definitely not coming back with new perky boobs, though I need it desperately. 🤣
Also, I uploaded my latest video yesterday. If you're interested and have the time, interact with it, like, share, whatever is easiest for you. I through in some jokes that I know you'll appreciate as we share the same weird sense of humor.

This is definitely out of my comfort zone! I'd love to know if you have one, what are your thoughts on it?
Back a couple of years ago, I owned a treadmill that I used almost everyday for light walking. I'd lived in the flat lands of south Louisiana for 38 years before moving to the hills of Appalachia, so adjusting to the terrain took some time. I've since sold the treadmill (it became a coat hanger over time) and have been considering buying something to replace it.
Well, I found this trampoline after reading "rebounding" is one of the best exercise suggestions from Barbara O'Neill. Not only does it cleanse the body of toxins due to the lymphatic drainage of the movements, but it also works all the muscles, including the pelvic floor. I found this one on clearance at Walmart - regular $199 - I bought it for $94.
I plan to start small, with just pulsing on the bounce mat for 10 minutes and then work my way up to fully rebounding. The goal isn't weight loss necessarily, but more for toxin release....mentally and physically. I'll let y'all know how it goes!

4 years apart, same terrible brow situation. 🤣 Very happy with the reversal in crow's feet though! 100% due to red light therapy, and most recently, the use of castor oil. For reference, I started RLT in January 2021. "After" photo was take yesterday - May 16th, 2024. Same lighting. No filters.
