If you're wondering what happened to today's upload, the brand wanted an edit after it was posted. I made the small edit within Youtube studio, which apparently threw the audio way off. I didn't realize this because it was fine in the preview I was shown before I saved the changes. Needless to say I had to re-upload. To my RDM family, Early yesterday morning my beloved Grandma Elaine passed away peacefully at age 98.
I got my passion for makeup and fashion from her. She got her hair and nails done every week, always had on a well put together, stylish outfit, and the perfect accessories. We loved going shopping and having lunch together. When I got older we shared an enjoyment of a good gin and tonic cocktail or mimosa! My Grandma loved to dance and sing. She once put on a solo performance for her entire senior living community! Everyone who met her just adored her because in addition to her spunky and loving personality, she was incredibly funny. She was also an excellent Scrabble player. I certainly didn't inherit that skill, as my go-to words are "Dog", "Cat", "Tree", etc. (lol) I already miss her so much, but I realize how truly lucky I am to have had her in my life for so long.
Needless to say I will not have my usual second video uploaded this week. I am headed to Michigan on Saturday to attend her funeral on Monday. I will have some time to edit a couple pre-recorded videos on my 4 hour flight, so look for at least one of those to go live on Sunday or Monday.
