I’ve made a deal with myself, whenever I catch my self self-critiquing, I have to verbally say 5 positive things about myself.
Planting 5 good seeds for every bad. That way long term the bad seeds get suffocated by the good.
Depression is your soul going on strike for living a fake life.
An alien named PK goes to India, and gets his device stolen. So he searches for God by practicing virtually every religion, and genuinely trying to communicate with whoever the real God is. Since PK does not fall into the same programming all humans do, he is able to clearly observe the absurd patterns and beliefs so many of us fall into. He saw the ego games that religious leaders play to prove that their specific path is the absolute correct one, and he ends up debating "God" against a guru on live TV. This movie (PK) is wild, wholesome and surprisingly profound.

So I’ll be exploring Vietnam, Thailand and Nepal at the end of the week. I have a few cool ideas for content.
