There are too many people in tech that are unhealthy

I meet so many guys that are overweight or lack any muscle

Many of you don't know this but fitness is a HUGE part of my life

I'd argue even more than tech and coding

I've been doing fitness before coding was even a thought for me

Everything from building muscle to losing body fat to overall health

I'm all about it

Now I'm inviting you to be a part of it

It makes no sense to try and get a high paying job and be unhealthy

So I put together a download for the workout plan that I've followed for years

You only need 3 days a week in the gym

And you build muscle and strength

You can download it for free here if you're interested arrow๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ

In the past I've mentioned fitness/weights in some of my videos and some of you have asked me specific questions about it.

Mainly, how I went from skinny to lean muscle and a lot stronger.

Obviously, with this being a "tech" channel, it wouldn't make sense to upload videos about workouts and how to grow.

So, I started a fitness newsletter for those that are interesting in gaining muscle and strength.

If you happened to be interested in that check it out here - brian-cache.ck.page/3432efe2f9

3 simple steps to learn ANY new skill

I'll be talking about this more soon in an upcoming newsletter and on my Twitter (I'm not saying my "X" lol)

The links for both are in my bio

My goal was never to be a "coder".

My goal was to get to a good enough income to start building towards financial stability.

Learning to code was just the most straightforward route that I found at the time but this was after some very tough times.

This was after I worked in pest control after going to school for 4 years for a Marketing degree.
This was after I lost that same job due to hating looking for rodents and roaches.
This was after being unemployed for months, feeling lost in life and losing weight due to stress.
This was after finally getting a low paying job that I could at least pay some bills with.

But all of these things molded me into who I am today.

If I didn't go through these things I wouldn't have learned that I have uncovered skills within me. I also wouldn't have learned that we have more control over our success than we tend to believe if we put in the effort.

So even if you're in a tough spot right now just remember it's part of your own process. As long as you're putting in the effort things have no choice but to change at some point.

Don't give up on yourself.
