I am Tim Grose, aged 57, from the UK and a life-long runner.
Over the years I have competed at all distances from 800 to the marathon. Some of my PBs are 1:55.8 for 800, 3:55.5 for 1500, 15:26 5000, 32:17 10K & 2:33:53 marathon. Am somewhat slower these days but still very keen and just managed a sub 3 at Seville in Feb 2023 with a 2:59:52! This winter, I have gone back to my roots and have been training for indoor track races.
